- Metro, permit identifier, and the seal date of the copy it first appeared in
- Appearances only. Nothing leaves these boards, so no row is ever reported as gone
- Some metros publish no contractor name at all; those rows arrive without one rather than with a guess
- A day with no sealed copy is named as a gap and never spanned
- Cancel before the next monthly compilation
